Job Description
To qualify for this internship, you must be a current college student enrolled in a Hospitality / Culinary program. As a Culinary Extern/Intern, you will spend much of your time rotating between stations in your property. The Chefs will coordinate with you the stations and timing of your rotations. With this internship, you will have the opportunity to attend staff management meetings, assist in leading daily standups, and be exposed to management-level responsibilities. Much of your exposure will greatly depend on your initiative, work attitude and overall team work. Culinary Internship/externship positions are available at many of our locations. These locations include:

- Camp Creek Inn (Pending Approval for Culinary Institute of America Externship)
- Watersound Beach Club (Approved for Culinary Institute of America Externships)
- Embassy Suites
- Hotel Indigo
In Baking & Pastry, you must be able to stand and/walk for an entire shift (between 8-12 hours), must be able to bend and stoop to pick up items or in cabinets. Must be able to carry items weighing up to 25 lbs and sometimes up to 50 lbs. The work environment may be noisy or hot.
