FTK Hospitality is a search firm based in Philadelphia, looking for professional restaurant proven Multi-unit Executive Chef for a Miami based group This group is financially sound, well known for they're amazing premium Latin style concepts.

Your background is based in Culinary - District /mulit-unit full service scratch kitchens , if not ths is a deal breaker

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, running the business , is hands on 5 days in the field opening/ closing the units , leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the culture , development of the employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

You have run (recently ) at least 6-8 full service Restaurants between 3-6ML in annual sales in the greater Miami markets , including some airport expereince a plus
