Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Culinary Apprentice. Did you know we are located in the in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers? Position Summary: The Culinary Apprentice will be responsible for working closely with our Culinary department on all food preparation for all types of events. Utilizing a combination of school-based and work-based learning the Culinary Apprentice will be taught by qualified chefs and skilled work site mentors.

Detailed Description:

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.

• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.

• Portion and wrap food, or place it directly on plates for service to patrons.

• Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers.

• Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.

• Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
