CULINARIAN (COOK)

Salary: starting at $11 per hour DOE

This is a fun, upbeat restaurant, that offers both an opportunity to learn and develop culinary skills and can offer professional upward mobility. Our Culinarian's are inspiring members of our family who recognize the importance of our guests and understand the idea of excellence in guest service. This position is crucial to ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience when visiting our restaurant, and the Culinarian's are essential in making sure that their appetites are gratified are met throughout their time with us. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, diligent with details, has a personable demeanor and time management skills. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Restaurant cooking experience: 1 year (Required)
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred but not necessary
• Willingness to undergo training and pursue excellence in service
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work 20–40 hours per week, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
• An energetic, professional, engaging personality
• Attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient, loving team team in a fast-paced, fun environment

• Must be able to up sell on products
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
