Requires: Secondary license and applicable endorsement(s)
(40 hours per week, contract position, with benefits)
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Beginning January 2, 2024
District Expectations for Teachers:
• Ensure every student's learning;
• Ensure students' physical and emotional well-being;
• Help foster a positive school and district culture;
• Improve public support and confidence;
• Ensure financial responsibility;
• Perform all essential job duties and responsibilities;
• Secondary teachers are encouraged to devote time to extra-curricular activities as needed in order to supervise, plan, and encourage all students to become involved;
• Extra-curricular qualifications would be preferred - Coaching/Club Advisor, etc.;
• Knowledge of FFA.
District Expectations for the FFA Assistant Advisor:
• Assist Head advisor;
• Attend officer meetings;
• Attend FFA conferences competitions;
• Supervise/chaperone club members during activities and trips;
• Oversee chapter project(s);
• Help plan chapter activities;
• Promote FFA.

• Evidence of educator license and applicable endorsements;
• Undergraduate and graduate transcripts documenting evidence of a college degree from an accredited institution;
• A minimum of three letters of recommendation, including at least one from a direct supervisor (does not have to be a current supervisor), which address candidate's skills at working effectively with students, parents, staff and community members.
