In this role, you will:
- Operate CT equipment, which produces cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions.
- Prepare patients for these diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning patients to correctly capture the images requested by a Physician.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, required.
- New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic. Technologist with certification in IV contrast administration (required.)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) (preferred.)
- One year experience in the field of radiology (preferred)
- Excellent computer knowledge, Word/Excel.
- Good communication skills.
