Pay: $38,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary DOE

Position Summary:
As an CST or LVN, you will play a vital role in providing patient care, collaborating with the surgical team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with routine medical procedures and examinations.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide health education to patients and their families.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care protocols.
Licensed Vocational Nurse Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or a graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nurse program
- Current Texas License to practice vocational nursing, or CST certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques (This facility will train LVNs with no surgical experience)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
