Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude
- Educate potential customers about insurance coverage, discounts, and benefits.
- Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions
- Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
- Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
- Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by The Jeff Longino Agency.
- Handle sensitive customer information and input data accurately
- Develop Insurance quotes
- Continue cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain General Lines: Property and Casualty License within a certain time frame. (We will cover the preparation of the study material to help you pass!)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years of prior experience is preferred
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, and to utilize all available tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
- Business acumen in the marketing and client relations field is preferred
- Must understand and comply with applicable regulations and standard operational procedures
- Must ensure that all transactions are executed properly and meet compliance guidelines
