Job Description:

Everyone at Cars To Go is expected to wear several hats as we are a small office and we all pitch in to help each other out. Ideally we are looking for someone who can help front and back of house. That means on any given day you may be running cars for oil changes and making collection calls the next minute. No two days are alike.

As a Customer Service Rep at Cars To Go, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing the collection of outstanding debts and loans. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the collections team, implementing effective collection strategies, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the collections team.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debts.
• Monitor and review customer accounts to identify delinquent payments.
• Communicate with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding issues.
• Running applications and responding to leads/inquiries
• Conduct background checks and verify customer information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections activities.
• Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service.
• Marketing

Qualifications:

• Clean background check is mandatory.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to collections is a plus.
