Customer Service Representative - Job responsibility
Expanding high-volume plumbing service company is looking to on-board a new Customer Service Representative with exemplary office skills. This is a full-time position.
Hours for the role are Monday through Friday, and are 8 hour shifts. Our Office is open from 7:00 AM to around 6:00 PM daily. After training concludes the candidate will be responsible for a shift every other Saturday.
The candidate will be trained to:
- Answer telephone and schedule incoming service calls
- Make customer follow-up calls
- Dispatch technicians to jobs
- Follow set communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Participate in various marketing efforts
- Answer website scheduling requests
- Track advertising sources
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
A Candidate with previous experience with the ServiceTitan Platform will be given special consideration for this position. Experience & knowledge of the plumbing field/other trades will also be given special consideration
Other skills given extra consideration include:
Light bookkeeping experience
Excel/Google Sheets/Basic Spreadsheet experience

The starting pay for the role will range from $20.00 to $25.00 an hour depending on previous experience and skills.
