Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding Customer Service and administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Schedule appointments for service and follow up with customer communication
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
Process payments, handle cash transactions and deposits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
