Report to:  Chief Operations Officer

Customer Service & EDI

  • Monitor and manage client orders, including shipping, returns and cancellations.

o    Work with outsourced order entry team to improve accuracy and timeliness of order entry

  • Review, identify EDI error transmissions as it relates to order processing and communicate issues to customer or EDI provider and follow up through resolution.
  • Assist to resolve problems related to shipping errors, customs requirements and delivery issues

Out Bound Inventory Management/Fulfilment

  • Manage allocations of sales orders
  • Guide and direct warehouse in getting orders packed and shipped correctly and on time
    Route, schedule deliveries and pick-up
  • Communicate with Sales regarding order fulfillment and order issues

Reporting

  • Prepare and send sales reports to the management team
  • Provide open sales order reports to the management team
  • Provide end of the month reports to the warehouse

Qualifications

·         3-5 years of experience in customer service / allocations role within the apparel / fashion industry

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Excellent communication and prioritization skills

·         Collaborative, team-player mentality – ability to jump in and take charge of multiple tasks at once

·         Working knowledge of AMT / Blue Cherry ERP and operational understanding of EDI a must.
