Cryotherapy Technician (no license required)

• Greet clients and welcome them into the treatment room.
• Conduct cryoslimming procedures on the areas the client has enlisted for.
• Effectively communicate with the client if they have any questions as you're treating them. Engage with them in casual talk so their sessions are smooth and comfortable.
• If they are at the end of their package, ask if they'd like to enlist for additional sessions/upsell
• Take before/after pictures and keep client notes updated
• Send aftercare instructions to the clients at the end of the day
• Reach out through our CRM to all clients who are coming in the next day to remind them of their appointments
• Take payments if necessary
• Ensure the area is fully clean at the end of each client session
• Bring any concerns that clients have to the attention of the Director at the end of the day.

Skills:
- Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Strong organization skills and ability to maintain good records
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
