Baker Job Requirements: (must be at least 16+)
Base pay starting at $9.50-$11/hr + Tips ($1+ per hour in tips)
- No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus - Paid Training!
- 18+ preferred, but also looking for motivated 16 and 17 year olds
- Must be willing to work weekends primarily, weekday shifts are flexible
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Baker Responsibilities:
- Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing world class customer service
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
