Form of work I have a client in Phoenix, AZ seeking an experienced CRNA for locum coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Please see a few details below:
• Hospital setting
• 24-week assignment
• Schedule: 6:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours/week (no call)
• Average of 3-5 outpatient surgeries/day
• Adult-geriatric patients
• EMR: Epic
• Cases: General, regional, GI, ENT, ortho, endo, podiatry, urology, neuro (spines & heads), OB (spinal & epidurals), robotics, vascular, thoracic, plastics, healthy peds, and trauma
• Travel and malpractice covered
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: AZ
• Certifications required: ACLS & BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1-3 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
