Crm Specialist

We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking a top-performing CRM Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and expertise in software similar to Hubspot and Infusionsoft, and be passionate about providing exceptional client onboarding, technical support, and ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly onboard and train clients on the use CRM's similar to Hubspot and Infusionsoft.
• Quickly and efficiently provide technical support to clients facing software-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems to ensure their satisfaction
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support to help them reach their goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and development teams, to deliver outstanding results for our clients

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with CRM's like Hubspot and Infusionsoft, with a thorough understanding of their features and capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting complex software-related issues
• Demonstrated ability to effectively onboard and train clients, with a customer-centric approach
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• At least 2-4 years of relevant CRM Specialist experience preferred
