Position Title:CRM Integration Architect
Location:Alpharetta, GA

As a CRM Integration at Mativ, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing CRM Integration solutions. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives, and then leverage your expertise in to architect and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- The CRM Integration Architect will manage the implementation of salesforce platform across the business.
- The role will also be leading design of interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying common best practices.
- Support the functional configuration and implementation/deployment of Salesforce with multiple ERP’s like SAP, Oracle, Infor etc.
- This role will require in-depth knowledge and experience in Salesforce CRM platform.
- Experienced in building test cases for the functional requirements and Experience in WEBUI configuration.
- Creating and translating Business Functional Requirements into Technical Requirements and Solution
- Development, leading team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting large complex Salesforce CRM configuration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, and integration with other ERP’s.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and client needs.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
