R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Overland Park and surrounding areas in Kansas. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Required Qualifications:
- Independently licensed in the state of Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Liability coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
