Join Our Team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse!
Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients? Our team is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs to join our Intensive Care Unit in the Acute Nursing Division. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and supervised delivery of quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and surveil highly vulnerable, unstable, and complex patients requiring complex assessments, therapies, and high-intensity interventions.
- Integrate research into practice, educate patients, families, and staff, consult with other healthcare professionals, and advocate for patients.
- Prepare patients physically and emotionally for surgical, diagnostic, or medical management, and facilitate transfer to appropriate care settings or discharge home.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by ACEN or CCNE, or equivalent foreign nursing education.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Experience in Critical Care nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
