How you will make a difference:
Lead Mental Health Specialist may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities. This position participates in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the clinical treatment program. Clinical Supervisor meets with clients, provides direct care and treatment, and may be involved in the client grievance process. This position has the responsibility of and provides direct clinical supervision of BBS licensed staff, ensuring services are in accordance with BBS standards and signs-off on BBS hours.

What you bring to SBHG:
- Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age
- Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
- BBS licensed MFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD
- 2 years-post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered Interns/Associates and/or Practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields, preferred
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
- BLS CPR/First Aid

- All age groups - children, adolescents, adults, and older adults - who need immediate access to crisis mental health services.
- The program provides important services to those in need of immediate crisis intervention and stabilization
- Individuals served will be provided with support and services to ensure their safety.
