Crew Member/Laborer

We are looking for a few great people to join our American Standard Foundation Repair Knoxville branch.

The ideal candidate is a team player, with an eye for detail, and a desire to learn. We prefer experience in foundation repair, but we are ready to train people who are eager to learn. We would love to find people looking for a career, not just a job.

Experience in carpentry, masonry, or concrete work is definitely a plus! This is a physically demanding job, but rewarding as well. Our crews work from 7:00 am sharp until generally 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. (Hours - stopping times, do vary depending on weather/seasonal changes)

You will drive to the shop, leave your vehicle, and then ride in our work trucks daily! No wear & tear on your vehicle. You are paid travel time to & from jobsites daily!

There is always room for advancement as well. It isn't about seniority. It is about who puts forth the effort, willingness and hard work.

*IF you have a valid drivers license, a good driving record, and you can be insured with us, this can mean more money on the hour for you. This will be taken into account with your experience as well.

We do ask that you are honest with us about your experience. This simply tells us where you will excel, and where we need to focus on your training.

We rarely work weekends, but if we get behind, we will sometimes work a Saturday. There is a possibility for some traveling, for jobs further than an hour and a half away. When you travel to with us for work, or to receive training for our company, all travel expenses are paid, as well as a per diem to help cover the cost of your food.

We offer health and dental insurance after 90 days (Company pays half of your premium!)

Salary: $31,200.00 - $33,280.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

We clean our trucks weekly & if a customer wants us to wear a mask inside their home we will do so. Most crew members are never inside the homes though. You will be under the house or outside doing work

• Knoxville, TN 37909: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Do you have a valid license, and if so, do you have any tickets, or wrecks in the past 5 years, to keep you from being insured wh our insurance? Having your license isn't required, but will be a plus with better starting pay for you.
