The Crew Member will be assigned to a weekly route for lawn mowing on both residential and commercial properties. Crew members are tasked with completing daily objectives to accomplish the work that needs to be done for the week.
Crew members are to work closely with the mowing Crew Leader. Good communication is key to the success of your team. Being able to take directions and learning the proper techniques we use in our business is vital to the job. As the fall approaches daily tasks will switch from mowing duties to fall cleanups, holiday lighting, and snow removal.
The Crew Members that have the most success with us are those who are good with time management and take initiative in their work. Using your communication to work with your team and clients is crucial to delivering quality results for everyone.

We take care of all lawn service needs from mowing to landscaping and all the in-between. We offer our clients reliable, dependable services for their lawns at competitive rates.

Experience is helpful when applying to this job, but none is required! Our schedule is typically Monday through Thursday 7am to 5pm. We wrap up our week most of the time early on Friday afternoon. If you are ambitious and would like more hours, we have overtime available. We provide you with casual work shirts/sweatshirts. We're looking to add on some members who enjoy having some fun and are hardworking, if that's you, come join the GM Lawn Services Team.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Mowing
- Trimming
- Equipment Maintenance
- Landscaping (Mulch, Rock, Hedge Trimming)
- Fall/Spring Cleanups
- Snow Removal
Objectives:
- Clear communication between your team for quality results
- Work within a team to get the mowing schedule completed
- Maintain the equipment whether that be routine work on machines or cleaning trucks out
- Awareness of the job and the specifications that come with each property
Capabilities:
- Ability to communicate all levels of the operations from communicating with clients on the job and with other team members
- Personal skills to build a relationship within your team
- Display time management and punctual skills on the job
- Problem solving skills are needed to resolve unique situations that arise throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Work individually, or collaboratively as a team
- Problem Solver
- Experience with driving a truck is preferred but not needed.
Job Types: Part Time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Omaha, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
