Team Member Responsibilities:

Team members are generally responsible for delivering excellent and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards, and serve guests with enthusiasm, in a clean and fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

• Resolve guest concerns by following the brand recommended guest recovery process

Skills/Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of handling money accurately; counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
