```Job Summary```
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
```Duties```
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning spills
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
```Requirements```
Food Handler's Permit (unexpired!)
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
