Well, Pelican’s Jonesboro is hiring Crew Members for the 2023 season. Qualities of a Pelican's Crew Member:

• Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean inside and outside (a lot), stamina (to serve the long lines with a smile), and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
• Professionalism with a twist: can have fun while accurately taking care of customers quickly.
• Ability to quickly learn our Signature SnoBalls and our Secret Menu combinations.
• High energy to give world class service to the first customer and last customer of the day the same exceptional experience; must move with a sense of urgency.
• Available to work nights and weekends. We have day shifts available, too. Late nights in the Summer, (past 10:30 pm.)
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday) & at least 2 shifts during the weekend (Friday-Sunday). We gladly work around school activities and schedules.
• Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift.
• Shifts are typically 4-6 hours.
• Committed to the well being of the shop, take pride in what we serve, and being a great peer to our Pelican's Family.

Pelican’s SnoBalls was born from a New Orleans tradition of combining smooth fluffy snow with bold flavors, Pelican’s SnoBalls has been serving over 100 fantastic flavors to it’s customers for almost 20 years!
