Job Description
- Greet customers with Southern Hospitality.
- Serve awesome smoked meat and freshly made sides you can be proud of.
- Ring up sales and take payment.
- Clean the restaurant.
- Deliver catering orders if you qualify for the catering team.
What to Expect
- A small team of friendly people.
- Most shifts are 4-6 hours.
- Latest shift is out by 10:15 pm.
- Learn our very specific Steps of Service and then become fast.
- Quarterly evaluations - eligible for pay increases after each evaluation.
- Promotions from the crew includes Shift Leader, Pitmaster, Hourly Manager.
