Crew Member

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to maintaining and caring for gardens and landscapes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for landscaping. Responsibilities: - Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, planting, and pruning - Dig holes and prepare soil for planting - Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering - Mow lawns and trim edges - Perform tree trimming and pruning as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment - Provide general support to the team in all aspects of tree care - Use hand tools effectively and safely Qualifications: - Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic tree care practices is a plus - Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping Join our team as a Crew Member and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
