Creswell Bakery is looking for an outstanding individual to join our team of dedicated staff working to bring amazing food to the Southern Willamette Valley! We are a Pacific Northwest food destination that believes in crafting from scratch, local food, and providing excellent service to customers. We make from scratch artisan breads, cure and smoke our own in-house bacon. Being a high volume, fast paced bakery, we understand the importance of working together as a team.
We are currently seeking a line cook for our Breakfast and Lunch line and are looking for someone with consistent availability (weekend availability is a must). 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or other high volume food service establishment as a professional is recommended. With the right mix of passion, attitude and willingness to learn we could train for this position.

Essential functions of this position will include; but are not limited to:
- Taking pride in flawlessly executing high-quality menu items.
- Preparing for, setting up, serving lunch and some breakfast, breaking down and cleaning up a station.
- Preparing soups, specials, and some from-scratch meats.
- Maintaining a clean and organized station, communicating with staff and guests about what we serve and how we serve it.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, execute tasks rapidly and accurately to keep up with the pace of service.
- Read and understand written order tickets, instructions, recipes, labels etc.
- Understand and work within Health Code, we get 100% on our health inspections and like to keep it that way
Requirements to be considered for hiring:
- Current Oregon Food Handlers' Card - or have the ability to get one before the first day
- Non-slip kitchen shoes
- Strong work ethic - desire for continual improvement and growth, sense of urgency
- Availability on the days and hours listed above
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older in order to use most bakery and kitchen equipment
