The ideal candidate will have:
- Five years' experience at a financial organization with at least three years in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of principles and practices of financial institutions; emphasis on depository and branch related products
- Experience in a lending and/ or operations
- Ability to read and understand financial reports; ability to develop/ modify effective action plans to attain branch budget goals
- Experience in supporting staff career development by setting high expectations and providing challenging assignments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
- Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fosters team environment
- Ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our member's information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree - Business Administration preferred
