- Exhibit knowledge in the loan underwriting process including critical thinking for lending decisions
- Assist the Manager in all aspects of processing and underwriting customer credit applications
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and obtain appropriate information from branch team members
- Process all customer applications while paying close attention to detail to ensure all information is completed correctly and deadlines are met
- Make credit decisions within lending approval authority limits
- Handles daily activities including underwriting, customer service, and quality
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years consumer finance experience required
- Previous automotive underwriting experience required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Word
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Base Salary: $16.00 - $24.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
