Credit Portfolio Senior Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Credit Portfolio Senior Manager for its Wilmington, DE location.
DUTIES: Perform technical development, modification, and implementation of Business Rules and modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or improve its performance. Execute performance testing of the coded rules using test rule volume to develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Perform analysis of requirements for specific analytical and modeling tools. Develop and drive plans for implementation of these tools in Citi's global systems to coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Code rules based on specific requirements from Policy partners. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causality, and work with multiple City IT teams to deploy solutions and confer with system analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. Provide support to business analysts for monitoring of rule outcomes and ad-hoc reporting. Review production tickets to determine if the issue is a coding issue, requirement issue, or non-issue. Execute SAS EDW queries on impacted applications and pull data accordingly in relation to production ticket. Responsible for evaluating, improving, and expanding Citi's coding capabilities to cover increasing business needs and regulatory requirements. Work in the Risk Governance & Operations team for North America Branded Cards. Responsible for a broad range of policy coding, and analytics implementation activities which are vital, and lead as required, a variety of resources in the implementation of a broad range of strategy and policy initiatives for various Cards Credit platforms. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, as an Architect - Technology, Programmer Analyst, Consultant BRMS Practice, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Handling credit decisioning software applications including SAS Fraud Management, FICO DMP, and FICO Blaze Advisor, writing decision based policy logic within these rule engines, and troubleshooting the executing of this software; Translating business requirements into decision rules with a focus on reusability to execute systemic decisions; Performing programming in SQL for data mining and data validation purposes to ensure properly working policy outcomes from the decision engines; Utilizing SAS and Linux systems that execute the rulesets and datasets required for policy and software executing; and Utilizing R and Python for advanced analytics and coding for next generation architecture. 40 hrs./wk.
