Ferguson is currently seeking a Credit Coordinator to join our team! This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls with expectations of taking around 50 calls per standard shift
- Handle a high volume of emails during a standard shift
- Perform data entry
- Process customer payments via Billtrust
- Investigate, approve, and request customer refunds
- Help customers by answering questions about their account
- Identify the needs of customers and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Credit experience of 1 to 3 years preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Effectively communicate in writing and verbally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to adjust work schedule in accordance with job objectives
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- React well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
