Southern Glazer's offers a competitive package with an hourly pay rate of $18 per hour within increase to $19 per hour after successfully completing 6 months. Overview
Under the direction of the Credit Manager, the Credit Administrative Specialist perform accounts receivable, credit and collection procedures per company guidelines and State/Federal laws, through customer contact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive payments from customers, sales reps, and drivers and process according to procedures.
- Identify short and overpayments
- Consult manager on accounts that have problems
- Maintain reporting to State agencies
- Maintain various reports
- Assist customers with questions
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in math
- Strong consumer credit knowledge and basic advisory credit knowledge
- Experience in traditional bank products and services including deposits, credit cards, etc
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
