We are looking for a Part TimeCredentialing Assistant (10-15 hrs per week) to join our team and provide administrative support to the owner. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include contacting insurance companies, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Calling insurance companies and keeping track of effective dates.
- Communicating with clients.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
