Responsibilities:
The Credentialing Analyst will specialize in processing provider rosters and updates from delegated providers. Follow-up on pending requests. Maintain and update databases, including provider database and rate tables. Generate data reports. Prepare and process requests for provider contracts, single case agreements, contract amendments, and notices. Review and file provider documents, including provider applications, attestations, and credentials. Maintain provider folders according to department protocol. Assist with Provider Relations activities, including respond to staff and provider inquiries, prepare provider network data for submissions, review submission results and coordinate responses to government inquiries. Assist department lawyers as needed. Complete other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; skilled in credentialing and processing of delegated rosters; capable of meeting project timelines, strong data analysis and organizational ability; excellent in accuracy.
