This is a remote position for applicants who are located in the Pacific Time Zone of the United States.
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Creative Web Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for a versatile developer with a strong affinity for front-end development or a well-rounded full-stack profile. If you have a knack for transforming complex technical challenges into visually stunning and functional web solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging web assets using JavaScript, and Responsive HTML/CSS
- Execute and refine A/B testing strategies to optimize user experience and functionality
- Collaboratively manage and contribute to multiple codebases
- Embrace a variety of projects, working across diverse teams
Essential Skills:
- At least 3 years of front-end development experience, with some back-end know-how as a bonus
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including its nuances and workarounds
- Ability to learn and implement new frameworks, we operate on a “best tool for the job” policy
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and libraries like React (preferred)
- Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
- Understanding of high-level web performance concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently
- Strong communication skills, open to learning and constructive feedback
- Experience with Git and other version control systems
Desirable Skills:
- An eye for design and the ability to translate concepts into pixel-perfect web applications/pages
- Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Proficiency in analytics and testing
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects
- Strong interest in data analysis for informed decision-making
Additional Pluses:
- Familiarity with PHP
- Experience with templating engines like Nunjucks or Handlebars

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 USD. This range is dependent on a variety of factors. This position will also include profit sharing, which also depends on a variety of factors.
