HOURLY RANGE: $27.00 -$35.00

Baxter & Woodman is a leader in Visualization in the Engineering Field. In 2023 we placed 3rd in a Nationwide ranking for the AEC Marking Video category. Our team specializes in innovative visualization techniques and is always pushing the limits of what is possible. To help our team grow, we have a unique rewarding opportunity for a Creative Media Technician. This position will primarily consist of assisting the Visualization Manager with a wide variety of project types including but not limited to videography, motion graphics, photography, 3D modeling, and animation. A passionate, creative, and driven candidate who wants to help grow a business and make a real difference in communities would be an ideal fit.

POSITION DUTIES:

• Assist the Department Manager with the development of exceptional quality visual renderings and video from conceptualization to creation and editing, through production.
• Must be a team player who knows how to work on projects with specific requirements and deadlines with at times, limited creative direction.
• Work within a growth-based culture that encourages individual development and accomplishment of results while prioritizing team and client relationships.
• Assist with the development of motion graphics, photo-realistic graphic development of 3d models, UAV video integration with renderings, 3D asset development, and other GIS/spatial technology visualization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• A.A. degree in graphic art, digital media, or related program preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects for the purpose of motion graphics/video.
• 1+ years of professional experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Must demonstrate creative aptitude through the process to complete the piece.
• Must be able to produce high-quality, creative digital content.
• Must demonstrate professional graphic design experience.
• Ability to balance workload, budgets, and production deadlines.
• Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodmans service area (own transportation)
• Must have a willingness to learn new software and techniques quickly.
• Must be team oriented.
• Demonstrated strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.
