Job description

Are you a skilled Digital Content Creator or Editorial Copywriter passionate about crafting compelling brand messaging? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Creative Copywriter for Fjällräven North America, you will collaborate with creatives to develop and execute meaningful, resonant brand and commercial campaign content. In a fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale initiatives and brand experiences across various channels, helping shape our brand's future in the Americas. If you're a self-starter with clear communication skills, a proactive approach to projects, and strong attention to detail, this may be the role for you!

This full-time, exempt position is based out of our offices in Louisville, CO (in office 4+ days per week).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing Teams to develop and execute meaningful and resonant brand and commercial campaign content.
  • Develop short- and long-form multichannel stories and copywriting for seasonal campaigns across various touchpoints, including emails, social channels, websites, eCommerce, performance ads, and key brand advertising campaigns and activations.
  • Work closely with internal and external creatives such as global designers, agency partners, and external content creators to ensure a holistic approach to storytelling across visuals and copy.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry best practices for storytelling, brand experience, commercial messaging, and content strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

You have had the following experiences in your career journey:

  • Five or more years of experience as a Digital Content Creator or Editorial Copywriter with agency or in-house background
  • Experience delivering large holistic cross-channel initiatives and brand experiences across brand and commercial touchpoints.
  • Previous experience with a high-profile consumer, outdoor/sport, or lifestyle brand.

You possess the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:

  • Fluent in English
  • Clear communication skills; able to distill information in a concise, approachable, and actionable way for others
  • Self-starting/driven with confidence to drive projects forward, both individually and as a team, and make decisions when called for.
  • Proactive approach to projects, processes, relationships, and communication.
  • Collaborative with positive energy, always working to bring the team together and see opportunities.
  • Enjoyment of a high-paced creative environment with many simultaneous projects and workflows.
  • Skilled in structure and creating processes while being flexible and adaptable
  • Organized with strong attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.

The anticipated wage for this position is $70,000-80,000 annually.
