Job description

The Creative Coordinator works on a variety of projects in support of the Communications & Media team. Projects are heavily administrative and critical to the success of the communications and media team. This includes registrations and project coordination of trade shows, managing the company webstore process, and assisting the other creative roles in media content for all projects. This position collaborates with leadership and peers to create content to further the advertising and marketing goals for the different TURBOCAM companies.

Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal customers to create internal and external media to support business needs and goals, including but not limited to photography, written stories, graphics, some script writing, interviewing, filming assistance.
  • Grasps a concept or vision from customers and relay it in media form often with little information.
  • Collaborates with leadership and peers to successfully complete and, automate where possible, unique internal and external projects as they relate to charitable giving, annual employee gifts, and more.
  • Collaborates with the leadership and peers to coordinate and manage information contributed to the intercompany intranet site and marquee displays, including but not limited to company information and events.
  • Primary team member responsible for coordination of trade show administration and logistics including registrations, coordination of trade show collateral, booth needs and more with peers and leadership.
  • Primary team member responsible for coordination and posting of internal physical and digital advertisements.
  • Primary team member responsible for coordination of company webstore.
  • In collaboration with internal customers and peers create written stories and posts for internal and external publication.
  • Monitor and report company reviews on relevant platforms as directed; draft responses as agreed upon and directed.
  • Monitors Communications inbox (in Outlook) and route external requests for information from TURBOCAM public website.
  • Continuous improvement by staying informed and studied of evolving technology, techniques and available mediums.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree diploma in communications, media or related field preferred.
  • 1-year experience in communications or media field including hands on experience in creating graphic design, photography, audio/video technologies and web interface design, or equivalent academic and work experience.
  • Intermediate skills in all MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external groups.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to grasp the concept or vision from customers and relay that in media form.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
  • Motivated and creative self-starter, ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to understand TURBOCAM’s general scope of business and processes.
  • Able to keep information confidential.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. in a safe manner
