Your Mission:

Elevate the Rapsodo brand, ensuring consistent and compelling representation across the world. As the creative and Content Manager, you'll be spearheading campaigns that resonate, inspire, and drive our business forward.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Leadership: Oversee a dedicated creative team and agency partnerships. Your orchestration will ensure timely and top-tier creative deliverables.
  • Strategic Thinking: Seamlessly transition from a marketing brief to creative concepts to an integrated (and captivating) campaign. You will help decide whether we execute internally or externally, always keeping budget and timing top of mind.
  • Athlete’s Mindset: You’re ready to make an impact and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Dive into design or pen some compelling copy when the situation calls.
  • Brand Guardian: With a thorough understanding of our brand, ensure that every creative touchpoint is aligned and consistent. Guide stakeholders and leadership to stay true to our brand identity.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Direct the day-to-day development of multiple creative campaigns, defining workflows, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Content Creation: Lead the design and creation of campaign content, digital assets, and print collateral, meeting the needs of business units and marketing teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality across all marketing touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Efficiency Expert: Track campaigns, ensure optimal file storage practices, and constantly seek to refine and enhance the creative process.

  • Proven experience in managing creative teams and projects.
