We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our location in remote is welcome. This person will Create and setup online ordering and pick up process. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting sales of our products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for electronics and retail sales.
Responsibilities:
- customers can order online and use other pickup and delivery platforms to pick up orders
- increase store sales and online orders
- quick turn around in getting orders to customers.
- reduce the time for long waiting and driving to the store
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions to effectively promote sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or wireless sales
- must have set up online ordering for retail stores in the past
- have successfully mastered all aspects of ordering and delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
