Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Craftsman to join our team. As a Handyman/Craftsman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from general maintenance to intricate craftsmanship projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

• Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Install cabinets, assemble furniture and other items.
• Tile work, floorboards, LVP
• Install fixtures, appliances, and hardware.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on residential properties.
• Assist with remodeling and renovation projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: $25.15 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
