Alay Home Care is a DDD Operational Provider who is devoted in supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Support Staff in the Home and Community settings. We're able to take on Consumers along with their current Staff statewide, Servicing ALL NJ Counties!
Our Mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to set and achieve life goals by being self-directed, healthy and live a meaningful life.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma equivalent GED or higher
- CPR and First Aid instructors teach courses in accordance with the standards set by the American Heart Association or the American Safety and Health Institute.
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- Basic Life Support
- NJ Driver's License
Training and Pre-screening:
- Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints
- Drug screening
- College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
- Vehicle for Community Transport
- 1 year teaching experience with youth or adult learners
