Form of workThis is a part time (0.4 - 0.6 Status), day shift Registered Nurse position in the CPG Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic.
The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients. Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor and positive role model for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions and pharmacological agents.
Minimum Required: Licensed or eligible for licensing in State of Montana. Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of nursing. Must have Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in Labor & Delivery with recent High-Risk experience. Must have One (1) year Ambulatory experience. Current BLS upon hire, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire, NRP within 6 months. Able to prioritize care in a high-risk obstetrics clinic. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience. Ability to demonstrate a high level of proficiency with multiple electronic medical records. Ability to enhance and customize programs for optimal data gathering and reporting. Must demonstrate ability to identify and be responsible for achieving quality measures. Must be able to perform research independently. Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred / Desired: OB ACLS certification preferred.
