Courier/Delivery Driver

Drivenforce is looking for small package Couriers to pick up and deliver packages for DHL Express Mon-Fri (sometimes weekends). We will train, provide the branded vehicle and gas card. We will also provide the uniform to wear representing the global brand. We require clear backgrounds and clean drug screens as well as a valid Drivers license (CDL NOT REQUIRED). We will run the MVR. A knowledge of Springdale and the surrounding area, as well as experience with delivery based apps is a plus. ```Duties```
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- Load and unload packages and goods
- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery, also use a hand held delivery device to capture signatures and GPS coordinates

```Skills```
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy packages and goods, often weighing up to 50 pounds or more
- Familiarity with navigating delivery routes using GPS or other navigation tools
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if required

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
