Summary:

Responsibilities include:
Ensuring sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen, preparing food orders per customer request, maintaining station prep using the daily line inventory, and keeping cooking equipment clean. Additionally, the Line Cook position will perform various cooking techniques, such as breading, freezing, thawing, proofing, baking, preparing meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, and portion controlling.
The role involves setting up, operating, breaking down, and cleaning various kitchen equipment, and adhering to Hillcrest Country Club standards for member satisfaction. The Line Cook will also be responsible for meeting sales, expense, and profit goals, operating within established guidelines, and ensuring adherence to Hillcrest Standards.
