Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Server. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide information about menu/options
- Take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Prepare and serve customer orders
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards behind the counter
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with management to ensure inventory levels are communicated properly

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with cash register operations is required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
