Counter Sales

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a Counter Sales or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales transactions
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable for effective communication with customers, but not required.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing and calculations
- Familiarity with wireless sales.
