Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
-Wash equipment, service returned equipment, check out, and check in rental contracts
Experience:
- Previous experience in Construction Equipment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of equipment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products
