POSITION SUMMARY:
Hard Count Member:
Responsible for the accurate control of all soft money transactions in and out of assigned areas. Wrap, bag, rack and verify coin. Team effort and involvement.
Soft Count Member:
Responsible for the accurate control of all soft money transactions in and out of assigned areas. Team effort and involvement.
TASKS:
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:
Mississippi Gaming License.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a MS Gaming License. High school graduate or GED. Able to operate the currency counting equipment and 10-dey calculator. Able to understand and comprehend all regulations imposed by the State Tax and Gaming Commission. Able to adapt to long hours in a closed environment.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
The following activities are normally required to perform these functions: stand, walk, bend, reach, read, write, eye to hand coordination, depth perception, effective verbal communication, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills. Able to stand for long periods of time. Be able to push, pull and lift up to 100 lbs.

- Operate CF 420, CS 660, and computer.
- Open drop boxes.
- Remove and replace all drop boxes.
- Strap and count large sums of money.
- Balance reports.
- Other tasks as requested by management.
